Larger plants require less care and effort as they mature, stabalise and grow. Their tolerance of deviation from normal care increases.
At the same time the logistics involved with large plants increase with increase in their size.

Uprooting, cleaning, washing and packing large quantities of big plants needs a lot more time and effort.
